Lovia holds an MSc in Economic Policy with expertise in resource mobilization and partnerships, including Official Development Assistance (ODA).
Her areas of specialization also include development planning, sustainable development, and the coordination and mainstreaming of emerging national priorities. Additionally, she has expertise in the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Agenda 2063.
